The event will be conducted in English, with live audio translation available in Vietnamese. The event application will also be available in both English and Vietnamese.

All event attendees should verify the visa requirements for their country of citizenship well in advance of travel. If a visa is required, our dedicated agency, HoaBinh-Group, is available to assist with the application process. All foreign delegates will need to provide a picture of their passport following registration. Please find the link to submit your passport within your confirmation email. If you did not receive it, please contact the Cascale events team.
